Laura will start by doing a consultation with you, asking about your health and lifestyle, to ensure Indian head Massage is right for you.
You remain fully clothed for the treatment and are invited to take a seat and relax on a low backed chair. No oils are used in a corporate setting so you can return to work without your hair being messed up.
An Indian head Massage can be adapted to be either a 20 minute or 40 minute treatment.
