I contacted Laura regarding completing a desk assessment in my office. Laura was efficient, professional, friendly and helpful! Not only did she explain what the changes we needed to make were but also why we needed to make those changes.
She spent a good time with myself and my colleague discussing and assessing our individual needs.

Laura took photos which really helped when looking back at how implementing the changes she recommended helped. A comprehensive report was provided and along with a follow up visit to ensure that after we made the changes we had made
them correctly. I would highly recommend Laura and her services.

Went to the revitalise retreat yesterday 19/11/2023. What a fantastic experience I went in feeling really sad, tense, overwhelmed, anxious and came out feeling calm, free, lifted and rested. Was a great day and it’s a mixture of activities
starting with some stretching with Laura herself and then onto a workout with Rich.

So much food you defiantly didn’t go hungry that’s for sure!

We had a wonderful mindfulness session out in the open air this was wonderful really made me feel grounded and felt so free out in nature. It amazing how much you can take in from outside just from slowing things down and being more
present in the moment, taking in the different colours of green amongst the grass, trees, bushes and then the different feelings when walking on different textures like the grass and then the gravel.

We then finished the day with a yoga session which was so relaxing, replenishing and peaceful.

Very good day and would highly recommend specially if your feeling low in mood, struggling with anxiety and or depression as this really helps to lift your mood.

Absolutely 5 star!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Laura’s 1-day wellbeing retreat at Eternal Lake, Cliffe Woods this weekend was amazing. Fantastic. Wonderful. Relaxing. Calming.

The setting was just so beautiful and perfect for our day…I never knew it was there – what a hidden gem!

We were in-between two lakes, listening to the birds, hearing ducks splashing and hearing the rustling of the trees in the breeze whilst enjoying Pilates, a fitness session, hog and spike balls (OMG!) and Tai Chi.

The day finished with a guided meditation, gong and sound bath – first time I’ve ever done it and I loved it…have wanted to do it for a long time!

The lunch was delicious and Laura couldn’t have looked after us more.

The day was brilliant, worth every penny and I’ve learnt so much that I’m already incorporating into my day. Thank you Laura – can’t wait for the next one!

I have done matwork and equipment Pilates classes with Laura for a while now and I always look forward to my Thursday evenings at The Oast. Laura is knowledgeable and has a calming presence so it’s always a nice way to end my day,
but I still feel like I’ve worked at the end of it! I can feel an improvement in my core and Pilates techniques – thank you Laura
